DKSH has implemented an extensive improvement programme

DKSH and Group Depré Belgium have concluded a draft agreement for intensive cooperation in the Netherlands

DKSH has implemented an extensive improvement programme in the past two years, which has resulted in a professional and efficient organisation. This has made the organisation a leader in the field of manufacturing and logistics in the pet food industry as well as in the field of trade in raw materials for the feed and food industry. Group Depré is a family-run group of companies specialized in high-quality pet food for production animals, animals in sports and pets.

Both parties have the aim to create a synergy between both organisation with a focus on production, private label, own brands and sourcing & trading. The expectation is that the analysis of a possible cooperation will soon be concluded, after which specific plans will be communicated.

For the time being, nothing will change at Group Depré and DKSH and both companies will continue their business as usual. Both Board and Management will of course keep clients, suppliers and other business relations up to date about further developments.
