New subsidiary of Zolux in Italy

Zolux, based in France, is taking over the pet accessory activity of Italian company Cip Acquari Snc. By this take-over they will establish Zolux Italia Srl, starting september 1st. Cip Acquari has been their Italian distributor for many years. The owner of Cip Acquari, Mr. Roberto Capelli, will continue under the company name with trade in live fish, but the pet accessory part of the company will be continued under the name of Zolux Italia. The existing Commercial Director as well as the sales staff will stay in place. Also the market approach will stay the same. The aim of this take-over is to further expand the Italian market position of Zolux, starting with the existing offices and warehouse located in Bologna, and with the help of existing teams that are already trained on Zolux products and have the same work philosophy as Zolux.
