Perusa Partners I has taken over Karlie

In cooperation with the present management, the investment fund "Perusa Partners I" has taken over the company Karlie Heimtierbedarf GmbH effective from the 6th of April 2009.

Perusa as investor has kept an eye on this branch for a long time. Due to the internal structure of this innovative branch, Perusa decided to invest in a long-time engagement in Karlie.

The company Karlie which was founded in 1976 by Gerd Blaschke and his wife Gabi is now lined up stronger for prospective requirements. The course is set for a further European and global growth.

The long-time leadership circle of Stefanie Kropff, Eckhard Lindemeier and Ron Segboer will continue in leading the company together. They will carry the fundamental ideas of Karlie.

For a transitional time Mr. Gerd Blaschke will be continuing to advise the company.
