Doskocil Manufacturing Acquires Stylette Pet Products

Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc., maker of Petmate Pet Products, has acquired the assets of Stylette Pet Products, a subsidiary of Alco Industries.
Doskocil will market Stylette products under both the Petmate and Stylette brand names. Stylette operations and production will begin the move from Oakdale, PA to Doskocil's Arlington, TX facilities immediately.
