Following a successful audit by the German Franchise Association, the store chain Das Futterhaus has once again been awarded the "Certified Full Member" quality seal, according to the online franchise portal Franchise Direct.
The results of the audit by the association confirmed the professionalism of the company's franchise system and the high level of satisfaction of its partners. In the survey undertaken as part of the certification process, the partners gave the company top marks, indicating their overall satisfaction with the system. According to the survey, 98 per cent would recommend Das Futterhaus as a franchisor to their friends and acquaintances.
