The German pet supplies chain Kölle Zoo is expanding. It has announced that it will acquire the five Austrian Megazoo stores in Vienna, Brunn am Gebirge, Linz-Leonding, Neu-Rum and Klagenfurt in April.
Kölle Zoo will apply the concept of its stores in Germany, currently numbering 15, to these outlets. The concept is based on a concentration on the premium range, innovative layout design, extensive customised services and a strong commitment to animal welfare.
Expansion is proceeding in Germany too, with the opening of a new Kölle Zoo store planned in Esslingen in the spring.
