Nestlé Purina Pet Care acquires Zuke''s

Nestlé Purina Pet Care has acquired the American dog and cat treat specialist Zuke’s. Zuke's and its employees will continue to operate as an independent company, however, remaining at its headquarters in Durango, Colorado. Its dog and cat treats will also continue to be manufactured in the same factories as before.
