United PetFood Producers buys dry nutrition branch of Continentale Nutrition

United PetFood Producers, located in Belgium, has taken over the dry nutrition factories of French-based Continentale Nutrition.

The take-over includes the dry food plant in Wimille and the biscuits plant in plant in Provins.

United Petfood Producers will adopt all current personnel, in total 102 people, thus ensuring the continuation of customer service. Continentale Nutrition will continue its wet nutrition activities.
