Versele-Laga is a growing, innovative and internationally operating European enterprise, with headquarters in Belgium, manufacturing and commercializing quality food, supplements, care-products and medicines for pets.
Its distribution organization AniDis located in Shanghai is a young and growing company specialized in
the commercialization of pet products.
 
To expand our commercial activities in PR of China, we are currently looking to recruit a dynamic

                                                  SALES TEAM LEADER
 
 Your function
•  You are in charge of the sales and commercial activities for the entire product range and are able
     to realize agreed sales targets.
• You will actively approach the market of individual pet shops and pet chains.
•You will further develop the sales with existing customers and new customers within PR of China.
•You will be responsible for customer relations and satisfaction.
•You will create, train and coach a sales team.
•You set up a sales plan.
•You analyze the market, detect new trends and opportunities and report clearly.
•You report directly to the General Manager China.
 
Your profile
•You have a bachelor degree, preferably majoring in sales and/or marketing.
•You can rely on a couple of years of active sales experience in a leading function
  by preference in the pet sector (or you are strongly interested in the pet market).
•Evidently you have excellent sales and communication skills.
•You can make convincing presentations and your enthusiasm is contagious.
•You are a pragmatic all-rounder, hands-on and willing to take on any task wherever needed.
•Good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
•You are PC literate.
•Travelling and being 'on the road' does not scare you away but becomes your second nature.
•You are a good organizer and result driven performer.
