Fressnapf takes over shares of Swiss Pet Vision AG

Effective 1 January 2011 the Krefeld headquarters of the Fressnapf group will be sole owner of its Swiss subsidiary Pet Vision AG. Rolf Styger, CEO of Pet Vision has decided to sell his shares in the company to Torsten Toeller, founder and owner of Fressnapf. Toeller held 35% of shares to date.

"Building Fressnapf Switzerland from 0 to 100 has given me great pleasure. I have very much appreciated working with so many dedicated employees, "said Rolf Styger. "After 13 years and careful consideration I have now decided to follow my entrepreneurs heart and once again create something entirely new."

Rolf Styger is expected to continue leading Pet Vision AG until mid or late 2011 until a new CEO is found and incorporated.
