Earthwhile Acquires SheaPet Grooming Line

The management team of Earthwhile Endeavors, the San Francisco-based manufacturer of Earthbath grooming products, recently acquired the SheaPet line of skin and coat care products from Scout Enterprises of Santa Cruz, Calif.

The SheaPet line is now owned, operated and sold under Earthwhile Enterprises, a new company created by the Earthwhile Endeavors management team specifically for this product line. The same team will continue to manage Earthbath products under Earthwhile Endeavors.

Paul Armstrong, president and CEO of Earthwhile Endeavors and Earthwhile Enterprises, said the company plans to keep the SheaPet line as is. That includes using the same formula and packaging. Production will remain at the current manufacturing facility.
