Kemin acquires encapsulation technology

Kemin Industries Inc. has acquired a majority share of an Italian manufacturer of encapsulation technology and products sold via distribution by Soda Feed Ingredients.

Kemin will invest resources in research and development to apply this technology in the food, petfood, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries.
