Interzoo becoming even more international
Dec 10, 2009
By early December over 1 100 producers had registered for Interzoo 2010, the world's biggest specialist pet fair that will be held from 13-16 May in Nuremberg. The WZF (Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft Zoologischer Fachbetriebe) organising the fair says that 77 per cent of exhibitors will be coming from abroad. The proportion of companies exhibiting at Interzoo for the first time remains stable at 15 per cent. The WZF expects significantly higher numbers of exhibitors from Asia, especially from China and India. Where Europe is concerned, there will be a stronger exhibitor presence from France, the Netherlands, Poland, Switzerland and Spain. For the first time it is planned to hold an Exhibitor Forum right at the heart of Interzoo 2010 and its activities. Here exhibitors will be able to give a presentation on their products and services to show visitors.
